Submission of Non Network
Claims
If an insured member
takes treatment at a non network hospital then he / she will pay the
hospital bills and collect all the original documents
from the hospital.
The insured will then submit the original hospitalization documents
along with a completely filled
claim form to Allianz EFU Health Insurance Ltd at following address:

Our claims team will review the documents and approve the claim if no
further information is
required and the treatment taken is covered as per the policy terms and
conditions. Payment in
all such cases will be made within 15 days of the receipt of the claims.
In case of any query or incomplete documentation a requirement letter
will be forwarded to the insured /
client and if the claim is not payable as per the policy terms and
conditions then a regret letter will
be forwarded indicating the reason for non payment.

the claim form and submit a
completely filled form along with all original supportive documents.
