EFU General has at present 22% share of the market with a capital of Rs.100 million.Its total assets are Rs. 897 million and reserves of Rs. 74 million. It provides a full range of general insurance products while at the same time seeking more and more innovative products to offer its customers whose risks and needs for protection become more complex, diversified and varied. Its scope of operations extends over the entire country with a growing branch network and over 1000 managerial, professional and marketing personnel. As a symbol of its strength, EFU will soon have its own state-of-the-art buildings in all the major cities.
